4) Projeto 3D — passo-a-passo (Fluxo CAD para Fusion360 / FreeCAD)

A. Esboço do anel (Front plane)

Criar círculo externo: Raio = (D_int /2) + espessura radial = 21 mm + 10 mm = 31 mm → círculo Ø62 mm.

Criar círculo interno: Raio = D_int/2 = 20 mm → Ø40 mm.

Definir largura axial: extrudar (width) 18 mm.

Criar corte em “C”: desenhar retângulo que remove ~12 mm do corpo para gerar abertura. Extrudar corte.

B. Haste / bloco base

No offset lateral do anel crie um retângulo 30×22 mm colado ao anel; extrude 16 mm.

Criar furo roscado: furo central Ø8.5 mm, extrude para passar; modelar rosca se for preciso (ou usar furo para porca).

Criar slot para U-bracket: recorte em U com parede parafusável (slot 10×6 mm).
