I would like a bunk bed made with 1 inch galvanized pipe- with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. the mattresses should be orientated the same way with a ladder on the small end. the bill of materials for this pipe bed should be all standard size parts from Lowes. The lower bunk should support 500lbs and the upper bunk should support 300lbs. the support on the upper bunk should angle down to the outer corners of the lower bunk.
