so we have finished the conceptual deisng of the equpment. It starts with a vertical feeder mechanisms. where there will be a tray where we dump the strips which needed testing. the vertical feeder mechanism sorts it and pushes the strips one by one upwards. in the top it will reach a point where only with flat strips. the top of vertical feeder is positioned in an inclined way which slides the stips to a conveyor belt. the strips stays in bely until it ends in any of the three bins. 1,2 are bins for defective and three for error free ones. from the vertical feeder some tricky mechanisms are placed to slide back incorrect oriented strips back to the starting heap. the correctly positioned strips int he conveyor are directed towards the first inspection point. as per SOW, we will make provisions for raspnerry pi, camera and illumination. the algorithms for sorting will be done by the client. the inspection mechanisms will be mounted on the 2020 extrusion which is placed on two sides of
