目标:完成标准试坑的钻进,将大部分土样输送至取芯筒内。
本方案采用"取芯筒 + 内置螺旋钻杆"组合钻具。取芯筒为薄壁钢筒(外径 φ150 mm,壁厚 2 mm),底部设切削刃口;内部同轴安装小直径螺旋钻杆(φ40 mm,螺距 60 mm),螺旋叶片外径 φ80 mm,与取芯筒内壁保留约 33 mm 间隙。
钻进过程中,取芯筒整体旋转切削(转速 60~120 rpm,由土质自适应控制),外环切出完整土芯;内螺旋钻杆以相同或差速旋转,将切削产生的松散碎屑沿螺旋通道向上输送。取芯筒下降速率由伺服丝杠精确控制(5~15 mm/s),通过钻进电流反馈实时调节,避免过载导致土样挤压飞溅。
深度传感器(编码器 + 激光位移计双冗余)监测钻进深度。达到目标深度(默认 200 mm,可调)后,钻具停止下压,原地低速旋转 2~3 圈以切断底部土芯连接,然后停止旋转。
防损失机制:① 封闭取芯筒将主体土芯完整包裹;② 螺旋输送将碎屑向上推至筒内上部空间;③ 恒速伺服进给避免冲击飞溅。
