Interlocking system: Male dovetail tabs on bottom and left sides (centered, 20 mm wide x 10 mm high x 5 mm deep, 5° taper). Matching female slots on top and right sides (0.2 mm tolerance for hand-fit). Allows four identical tiles to assemble into a seamless 500 x 500 mm square, rotatable at 90° increments.

Center of each tile: Rectangular through-hole 100 mm x 30 mm (2 mm corner radius), full height.

Assembled center: Inner corners form a precise 92 mm x 62 mm rectangular through-hole in the middle of the 500 x 500 mm base (for Raspberry Pi 4 fit with 3 mm clearance).

Top surface: Four female cylindrical holes (4 mm diameter x 15 mm deep), one per edge, 20 mm inset and centered, for mounting add-ons.
