为了改善五连轧支承辊使用寿命问题,将无法使用的五连轧支承辊进行辊面镶套修复,使支承辊恢复出厂新辊直径(新辊直径为1200mm),延长支承辊使用寿命。
支承辊镶套加工方案步骤如下:
1、先用超声波探伤检测仪,将辊颈和轴承位两边进行探伤检测内伤和表面伤及伤痕的深度。
2、将无伤的辊芯车削加工到直径920mm,留3mm的磨削量和过容量。
3、辊套单边厚度140mm。(辊芯直径920+辊套单边厚度140*2=1200新辊直径)
4、辊套选的材质是:45cr4nimov,这材料稳定性能好,耐磨,耐温,耐腐蚀,淬火层深度
达到单边80mm,硬度:HRC54-56,可以根据生产要求调硬度。
5、将完全加工好的辊套与辊芯轴多维度复合进行加热安装。且装配好轴套后经加热其可从轴芯取下,成品轴套继续使用磨损,便于下次更换轴套。
6、按指定的尺寸精加工,再磨削出成品。
辊套加工工艺流程:冶炼-电渣-退火-锻造-锻后处理(正火+扩氢+球化)-机加工-调质-车
磨外圆-淬火-回火。
五、性结构设计
1. 多维度复合连接结构:
(1)在辊芯(直径920mm)外表面加工梯形燕尾槽阵列,槽深15mm,螺旋角45°,周向均匀分布12组;
(2)辊套内壁对应设置双向锁止凸台,凸台高度公差±0.02mm;
(3)在燕尾槽底部设置环形应力分散槽(宽5mm×深3mm),槽内填充纳米铜基阻尼材料;
(4)过渡区设计双向5°锥面配合,锥面表面粗糙度Ra0.8,配合长度80mm。
2. 动态补偿系统:
(1)在辊套内壁设置6组径向液压补偿腔(直径Φ10mm),腔体间距120mm;
(2)补偿腔连接智能压力调节系统,可实时补偿0.01-0.05mm热变形量;
(3)在辊芯端部安装8组钛合金碟形弹簧,预紧力控制在1200±50N。
3. 可拆卸增强设计:
(1)开发专用液压涨紧环(材料42CrMo4),环体设置24组M12液压顶丝;
(2)在辊套端面加工环形T型槽(深15mm×宽20mm),内置形状记忆合金密封环;
(3)设置6组Φ25mm可拆卸定位销,销孔采用纳米涂层处理(厚度50μm,硬度HV1200)。
4. 梯度热处理工艺:
(1)辊套采用三阶段淬火:900℃水淬+650℃盐浴淬+400℃空冷;
(2)建立硬度梯度:表面HRC58±1→过渡区HRC52→芯部HRC42;
(3)淬硬层深度控制:表面3mm内HRC
