1、球形保护框架建模:以原点为中心绘制直径200mm的圆,用拉伸命令生成基础球壳体,厚度设为2~3mm,按规则绘制底部截断结构控制截断高度≤20mm,开口面积≤1.5dm平方,框架表面均匀分布128个直径4mm通风孔,配底部直径20mm进气口,形成空气动力学导流通通,降低电机温度20%以上。最后对框架边缘倒2~4mm圆角,避免尖锐边角,设计可考虑方便3D打印,分为上下同等两个半球结构合体形成球壳体。并设计两个半球的锁方式(美观,安全,牢固,隐藏)。

3、细节与仿真验证,给框架添加红蓝颜色区分标识,进改机型额外绘制底部标识带与LED灯安装位,在框架赤道线位置设计16个嵌入式LED插槽,兼容ws2812B全彩灯带,支持DMX512协议控制。
