1、球形保护框架建模:以原点为中心绘制直径200mm的圆，用拉伸命令生成基础球壳体，厚度设为2～3mm，按规则绘制底部截断结构控制截断高度≤20mm，开口面积≤1.5dm平方，框架表面均匀分布128个直径4mm通风孔，配底部直径20mm进气口，形成空气动力学导流通通，降低电机温度20%以上。最后对框架边缘倒2~4mm圆角，避免尖锐边角，设计可考虑方便3D打印，分为上下同等两个半球结构合体形成球壳体。并设计两个半球的锁方式(美观，安全，牢固，隐藏)。
2、内部部件建模，分别新电机，螺旋浆，电池等子零件模型，螺旋浆按≤76mm直径绘制非金属叶片，将各部件按重心均衡原则摆放，用装配约束功能固定位置，确保无部件伸出框架，电机固定孔，采用M3螺纹孔。
3、细节与仿真验证，给框架添加红蓝颜色区分标识，进改机型额外绘制底部标识带与LED灯安装位，在框架赤道线位置设计16个嵌入式LED插槽，兼容ws2812B全彩灯带，支持DMX512协议控制。
