吉祥物取名为 “晋水宝” ，其中“晋”代表山西，“水”凸显水利职业技术学院的专业特色，“宝”则寓意志愿者是学院的宝贝财富，也寄托着珍爱水资源之意。

· 核心意象：设计以一个憨态可掬的水滴娃娃为基础造型，巧妙融入山西地方文化元素与水利专业特色。
· 精神内核：传递奉献、友爱、互助、进步的志愿者精神，同时体现山西水院学子如水一般的品格——柔韧、包容、利万物而不争，以及服务社会的坚定决心。

“晋水宝”的每一个设计细节都蕴含着独特的寓意：

· 头部造型：以一颗湛蓝色的水滴为主体。发型设计为水波纹状的刘海，既显活泼，又动态地表现了水的流动感。
· 面部神态：拥有清澈圆润的大眼睛，传递出志愿者们的真诚与友善。脸颊点缀着两团可爱的红晕，彰显青年志愿者的青春活力。
