The design should mimic the smooth, painted OEM style of export SN95 mirrors and 2003–2004 Cobra (Terminator) mirrors. The outer surface should be clean, with OEM-like proportions and symmetry. The cover must be hollow and sized to slip over the stock mirror housing with a consistent wall thickness of 2mm. Include a small tolerance gap of approximately 0.5–1mm between the inner surface and the factory mirror for proper fitment. The front edge (around the mirror glass opening) should include a slight wrap-around lip (about 3–5mm inward) to visually hide the seam between the cover and the factory mirror when viewed from the front. The inner surface should include several flat mounting pad areas designed for 3M double-sided automotive tape (no clips or complex fasteners). The model should be optimized for 3D printing with smooth surfaces and no unnecessary internal geometry.
