Walls are 2mm thick. No extra space inside. The case has: - main box (bottom part) - separate lid screwed from top with M3 screws On the long side wall: two horizontal slots 20mm wide, 10mm high for thick red and black cables. On top lid: six 10mm round holes exactly above each battery terminal. Inside the case, on one short end: a flat shelf for JK-B2A8S BMS (138mm x 85mm). The BMS sits there flat, not tilted. On top of the case: two small D-shaped loops (left and right edge) to attach a soft fabric handle (like gym bag strap). No curves, no text, no gaps, no decoration. Only functional shape.
