3D printable model of a cute cartoon hamburger fidget clicker toy. Cutaway engineering view. The exterior is a clean hamburger with a sesame bun, cheese, and lettuce. On top of the bun is a solid, clean, cylindrical red push-button (no hooks). Inside the hollow chamber, there is an integrated all-plastic leaf-spring plunger mechanism. The mechanism must have visible empty space (clearance tolerances) around the gear and moving parts so they do not fuse to the hamburger walls. Designed as a fully plastic print-in-place moving mechanism for 3D printing, with no external metal springs needed.
