60-70 foot long ferry boat/tour boat used for lake ferry traffic and tours. Front loading area like a commuter ferry. Enclosed lower deck with windows on both sides and in the back with two bathrooms (men's and women's) with sufficient space and doors inside the lower deck in the back & large front double sliding doors out to the lower ferry-like loading deck with a flat front area for docking. Stairs from the front loading deck up to the front of the partially covered upper deck with a gap in the railing for the stairs. The upper deck should contain a central pilot house with a door on the side out to the deck for entry that does not block the stairs and a large open deck behind it for sightseeing and nice weather. Do not include writing or logos on the boat. The goal is a realistic looking boat.
