Use 124.8 mm internal diameter for tolerance and a coupling depth of 5 mm. Add a reinforced rear rim. From the circular rear collar, smoothly transition into a hydrodynamic rounded boat prow shape, not too sharp, strong and printable. Overall length about 240 mm. Make it hollow with 4 mm wall thickness, smooth exterior, watertight, symmetrical, and suitable for FDM 3D printing. Single manifold STL object. No full boat, no propellers, no fins, no text, no logos, no decorations, no separate parts.
