In a deep forest lived a clever little fox named Tuku. One day, Tuku was very hungry. He went to the riverbank and saw many fish jumping in the water. Tuku thought of a plan. He sat on a big rock, dipped his bushy tail into the river, closed his eyes, and waited patiently. Soon, a big fish came and bit his tail! Tuku quickly jumped up and pulled the fish out. But the fish was smart too. It said, “Tuku, if you let me go, I will tell you about a secret place full of sweet ripe mangoes.” Tuku agreed and released the fish. The fish told him about a big mango tree across the river. Tuku ran there and ate as many sweet mangoes as he wanted until his belly was full. From that day, Tuku learned that sometimes kindness brings more rewards than just being clever.
