Ok, I have OpenSCAD. I would like to design a high volume pneumatic valve. The design I’m thinking of consist of a compressed air reservoir, which will be charged up to 80 psi. I would like it to be a simple piston O-ring design with a spring holding the piston closed when pressure is applied to the reservoir. There is a small bleeder vent that puts pressure on the spring actuated side. On the spring act side there will be a simple quarter turn ball valve in 1/4” NPT thread. When the ball valve is open It will release pressure on the piston, allowing it to advance, depressing the spring, and allowing the air in the reservoir to dump out a separate port. Once the pressure is gone, the spring pushes the piston back into the sealed position for pumping up again.
