A 3D printable carabiner as a multi-body assembly with 2 separate parts. Part 1 - Body: D-shaped oval loop, open on one side, with a cylindrical barrel with a 3mm through-hole for the hinge pin. Part 2 - Gate: straight bar with a knuckle (3mm hole) aligned with the body barrel on one end, hook-shaped nose latching into the body on the other end. Requirements: parts must be physically separate with a 0.3mm gap, hinge axis perfectly aligned, minimum wall thickness 2.5mm, no logo or branding, gate must rotate open around the hinge axis when assembled.
