gnome 3d model

A gnome with a unicorn horn with it's mouth open and a pass through from his mouth to the bottom of the model so that any liquid poured into the mouth drains from the bottom. I want the full body of the gnome and I want the pass through from the mouth to the bottom of the model to be hidden within the body of the gnome. I don't want liquid coming out of his mouth. I want to be able to pour actual liquid into the model's mouth and have that liquid drain from the bottom of the model. don't have anything coming out of the gnome's mouth. I want a hollow tunnel inside the gnome model going from the back of it's mouth to it's feet.
