ancient palace 3d model
A highly detailed architectural reconstruction model of a Xia Dynasty Palace based on archeological evidence. The structure is built upon a substantial, rectangular, elevated rammed-earth terrace foundation. The dominant feature is a large, complex double-eaved hipped-and-gabled roof made of multi-layered, textured dry straw and thatch. A main hall is set back on the terrace, fronted by a symmetrical array of multiple thick wooden support columns forming a wide, open portico or veranda. The front facade features a series of prominent, wide wooden staircases leading from the base level up to the terrace floor at various entry points. The main building wall is off-white, contrast with the dark wood of columns, beams, and steps. Isometric, clear reconstruction visualization style.
