microwave reactor 3d model

A highly detailed, professional industrial 3D model of a Microwave Methane Pyrolysis Reactor system. The setup consists of a rectangular stainless steel microwave resonator chamber (standard 2.45 GHz design) with a WR340 rectangular waveguide attached to the side. A vertical transparent quartz reaction tube (45mm diameter) passes through the center of the chamber. Inside the quartz tube, there is a visible bed of granular black activated carbon (receptor). Technical Details: Metal gas inlet pipes with brass Swagelok fittings at the bottom (sparger) and gas outlet at the top. The microwave chamber door has a fine metallic safety mesh for RF shielding. Safety & Control: On the right side, an external control panel with two digital LED displays showing '1200°C' and 'Pressure', a large red emergency stop button, and a cooling fan vent. External Infrastructure: A ventilation exhaust duct is connected to the top. The entire unit is mounted on a heavy-duty steel laboratory frame. Photorealistic textures, industrial
