A minimalist architectural public art installation. The entire structure is lying completely flat and horizontally on the ground. The main outer structure is a thick, wide geometric band shaped like a complete "@" symbol with a fully closed inner loop, made of smooth reflective chrome metal, resting flat. Nested inside the closed hollow center and along the inner curve is a flat, pixelated floor surface paved with translucent glass tiles. These central glass tiles are completely flat and flush with the inner ground, not protruding upwards. They remain fully contained and recessed within the metal boundary, acting purely as a flat floor pavement.
