A pediatric KAFO orthosis for Blount's disease correction. Three segmented parts: a thigh cuff, a knee brace, and a foot orthosis with flat sole and ankle support. Each part is secured with adjustable Velcro straps. On the lateral (outer) side of the leg, two rigid guide bars run from the thigh segment down to the foot segment, passing the knee. These guides set the correction vector, applying a valgus force to counteract varus deformity. The guides include a small adjustable hinge at the knee level. Lightweight medical plastic, soft inner padding, straps with hook-and-loop fasteners. The orthosis is shown on a child’s right leg, isometric view, high detail, 3D-print ready.
