A professional 3D CAD model of an autonomous tracked tank robot prototype, engineering design, clean and organized cable management. The lower chassis is a black aluminum tracked platform with two DC motors. Mounted on top of the chassis is a compact, rectangular translucent ABS plastic electronics enclosure (dry zone). Inside the translucent box, there is a neatly arranged circuit layout including an ESP32 microcontroller, a motor driver, and a small buck converter on a green perfboard, with a 2S 18650 battery pack positioned safely. On the front top of the electronics box, a high-torque MG996R servo motor is mounted, holding a small ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) facing forward.
