A realistic hospital IV drip system with an integrated smart monitoring and automatic flow-control device. A standard IV fluid bag hangs from a stainless-steel hospital IV stand. Attached along the side of the main pole is a secondary slim support rail holding electronic components. Near the transparent drip chamber, two compact flow-rate sensors are mounted on opposite sides of the IV tube to detect and measure droplet flow toward the patient. The sensors are small, medical-grade, and securely clipped to the tubing. Below the sensors, a clean rectangular enclosure contains an ESP32 microcontroller module with organized wiring and small status LEDs. Further down the support rail, a servo-motor-based flow control unit is clearly visible. The servo motor is enclosed in a protective casing that has a circular hole passing through it, allowing the IV tube to run directly through the motor housing. Inside the casing, a rotating clamp arm connected to the servo presses against the tube.
