A realistic looking and proportioned empty two deck lake tour boat or ferry boat that's around 60 feet long with an enclosed bottom deck and at least partial open upper deck with correctly proportioned bench seats, stairs to walk between decks, a clear way onto and off of the boat for casual passengers (either a side exit or a front ferry-like commuter ferry loading platform), plus an operator pilot house area with a door to enter it for the captain and crew to perform city lake tours with a restroom and open upper deck area.
