An industrial LOOP REACTOR for bulk polypropylene production. This is the heart of the Spheripol process. The reactor consists of thick horizontal and vertical stainless steel pipes (SCH 160, 12-24 inch diameter) connected by 180-degree long-radius elbows, forming a continuous loop circuit (typically rectangular or oval shape). Total loop length: approximately 50-80 meters, height: 15-20 meters, width: 8-12 meters. The pipe surfaces have a visible cooling/heating JACKET (water jacket) with separate 6-inch inlet and outlet ports for cooling water circulation. The jacket covers approximately 50-70% of the pipe surface and has visible expansion bellows. A CENTRAL AXIAL FLOW PUMP (circulation pump - 40-P-2001 for R-2001, 40-P-2002 for R-2002) is integrated into the bottom horizontal pipe.
