Architectural 3D site plan and volumetric rendering of a cultural project in Tébessa called "Le Belvédère des Remparts". The project is located on a $5000 \text{ m}^2$ site directly facing a historic Byzantine stone wall. In the foreground, there is a 10-meter wide Martyrs Road, a 2.5-meter green bicycle lane, and a pedestrian stone parvis. The architecture consists of exactly 4 separate, fragmented geometric blocks elevated on a grid of white concrete pilotis columns (5 meters high), keeping the ground floor completely open and transparent for pedestrians to see the historic wall behind. The first floor features warm golden-ochre concrete walls, while the second floor is fully glazed with ultra-clear curtain-wall glass to reveal internal spaces like a cinema and a VR lab. The unified rooftops feature a panoramic restaurant and open cafes connected by lightweight black steel aerial pedestrian bridges.
