Articulated mechanical finger claw designed for the right hand index finger. The device consists of three rigid phalanx segments connected by two hinge joints that allow flexion movement only. Each phalanx segment has a central longitudinal channel of 1.5mm diameter running through its entire length for cable routing. The proximal phalanx includes a cylindrical ring base of 20mm inner diameter to fit around the finger. Hinge joints use 2mm cylindrical pin holes aligned perpendicular to the flexion axis. All surfaces are smooth and printable without internal supports. The total extended length from ring base to fingertip is 80mm. Wall thickness minimum 2mm throughout. Designed for FDM 3D printing in PLA material. The cable channel exits at the fingertip cap and at the base ring, allowing a single tension cable to curl all three segments simultaneously when pulled.
