Prompt
A minimalist, functional clip-on blinder designed for a baseball cap brim. It is a single reversible part. The design begins with a slim C-shaped clip that slides onto the brim edge. The clip is about 26 mm long along the brim, about 12 mm deep front-to-back, with a narrow slot only 3–6 mm wide to grip the brim securely. The jaws should be 2–3 mm thick, smooth on the outside, but the inside should have shallow ribs for friction. Add 2–3 rounded ridges per jaw, each 0.5–0.8 mm high and about 1 mm wide, running front-to-back. These ribs improve grip on fabric without cutting or damaging the hat. From the outer face of the clip extends a simple cylindrical friction hinge, about 3.5 mm in diameter, running parallel to the brim edge. This hinge must be plain and functional, not gears, not a latch. Attached to this hinge is exactly one flat tapered panel, not curved, not domed, not doubled. The panel is about 95 mm long parallel to the brim, about 64 mm tall at the rear, 45 mm tall at the front, about 55–60 mm wide front-to-back, and about 2.5 mm thick. The panel surfaces must be flat and smooth with softly rounded edges. Optionally add a small lip, 2 mm tall and 2 mm wide, along the edge nearest the brim to block light. The part must be symmetrical, plain, and printable so it can be flipped and used on either side of the hat.
