“Create a 3D model of a decorative skull shell that fits over a 3M respirator mask. The shell is purely cosmetic and must NOT touch any sealing facepiece surfaces. Keep full clearance for exhalation valve(s), vents, and filter connectors (threads or bayonets). Mount using 4–6 attachment points via elastic straps or clip-on brackets that hook onto existing head harness straps (no drilling into the mask). Style: realistic human skull (cheekbones, nasal cavity, teeth). Wall thickness 2.5–3.0 mm, filleted edges, no sharp protrusions. FDM printable, minimal supports. Split into left/right halves with alignment keys and M3 screw bosses.”
