Function: - This part is a cap that slides over the outside of a round turn signal lens/housing. - It must be aligned and centered to fit on the real turn signal. Main shape: - Outer body: short cylindrical cap with rounded front lip. - Inner cavity: hollow cylinder to receive the turn signal from the back side (open back). - Add a thin internal retention lip/ridge near the back edge to hold the cap in place (snap/press-fit). Front face: - Front is open with 5 horizontal curved slats (louvers) following the circular contour. - Slats are evenly spaced and slightly recessed. Fit / dimensions (parametric): - Target turn signal outer diameter (lens/housing): 55.0 mm - Inner cavity diameter: 55.4 mm (0.4 mm clearance for press-fit) - Cap depth (overall): 22 mm - Wall thickness: 3.0 mm - Front ring thickness: 4.0 mm - Internal retention lip: 1.2 mm tall, 1.0 mm thick, located 2 mm from the back edge - Add 0.8 mm fillets on external edges and 0.5 mm on internal edges 3D print constraints: - FDM friendly, no supports required - Minimum feature thickness 2.5–3.0 mm - Watertight / manifold mesh - Single solid object - Clean hard-surface geometry, no textures, no materials - STL-ready export Do NOT include: - No light/lens/turn signal model - No motorcycle parts - No background objects
