Create a 3D model which is a jar that has a press fit lid like a normal jar would. So it is a normal jar, except at the bottom of the jar there is a twistable disk that is attached at the bottom. That disk will be threaded all along the inside of the jar so that the disk can be pushed up to clean all remaining jam or jelly that would be in the jar, to reduce food waste. So the design has three components: The Jar Body — a hollow cylinder (the container) The Twistable Disk — a flat disk that sits inside the jar at the bottom and can be twisted/pushed upward The Lid — a simple press fit cap
