Create a 3D-printable cylindrical bushing. The main cylinder should be 1.25 inches in diameter and 2.00 inches tall. Add a centered 5/16-inch diameter hole that passes completely through the entire model top to bottom. At the top of the cylinder, add a circular retaining collar or flange that extends outward 1/16 inch beyond the main cylinder on all sides, making the collar outside diameter 1.375 inches. Make the collar 1/8 inch thick. The center hole must remain open through the collar. Use straight walls, a flat bottom, and combine all features into one solid printable part.
