scooter throttle 3d model
Create a 3D-printable full-twist throttle assembly for an electric scooter handlebar. The design is based on a 38 mm outer diameter grip shell and a standard 22.2 mm (7/8 inch) handlebar inner clearance. The model consists of two main parts: Rotating grip shell External throttle actuation mechanism The grip shell must be 38 mm outer diameter, 125 mm length, hollow, and able to rotate smoothly around a 22.2 mm handlebar with 0.3–0.5 mm clearance. Add ergonomic grip texture (diamond knurl or crosshatch). Include internal rotation limit stops set to ~65 degrees. Wall thickness 3 mm minimum for durability. The throttle actuation system must be an external mechanism mounted on the RIGHT handlebar. It must NOT pass through the handlebar center. Instead, design a rigid 4 inch (101.6 mm) pushrod mounted externally along the RIGHT side of the handlebar, oriented so it faces LEFT toward the throttle grip. The pushrod must sit outside the grip housing and remain fully clear of the rotating
