Design a full frontal decorative frame wrapping the entire front and partially both side edges (35–45mm). Keep 75–80% center open for airflow. Use side pressure clamps with 3D printed screw locks, no drilling. Theme inspired by Roronoa Zoro (One Piece): black matte frame, green glowing grass/vines, haki cracks, Japanese kanji engravings, battle-worn samurai shrine aesthetic. Three katanas emerge from the top center: middle vertical, left and right angled 20°. Inspired by Wado Ichimonji, Enma, Sandai Kitetsu. Only handles visible (130–150mm), blades hidden. Each handle tip has an ergonomic groove (35–45mm wide, 8–12mm deep) to fit a headset band, creating perfect balance across all three swords. Strong, modular, PLA/PETG optimized, reinforced structure.
