Modular construction: Split the cover into 3 interlocking parts Each part must fit inside a 256 × 256 × 256 mm 3D printer build volume Parts must connect using snap-fit / click-lock joints (no screws, no glue) Design rules: Uniform wall thickness (2.5–3 mm) Chamfered or filleted edges for print strength Simple geometry, functional only No branding, no text, no logos Output: Generate 3 separate STL files, one per section Parts must align precisely when assembled Optimized for FDM printing in PLA No supports required if possible Goal: A working dust- and impact-protective deck cover that can be assembled from 3 printed parts and placed over a DDJ-FLX10 controller.
