Create a 3D-printable shower head as a completely open hollow vertical tube with no top or bottom cap. Inner diameter exactly 35 mm, outer diameter 42 mm, height exactly 150 mm. Fully hollow and open at both ends. On the lower side, externally attached (not penetrating the inner space) is a horizontal inlet connector pipe (outer diameter 22 mm, length 40 mm, inner diameter 15 mm) for 1/2 inch shower hose. The connector is fully external with its own hollow channel; there is only a short port hole through the tube wall (no deep intrusion into the inner tube). In the tube wall: exactly 8 helical spirals of 1.5 mm nozzle holes (12 nozzles per spiral, 2 full turns) pointing radially outward from bottom to top. Additionally, 16 nozzle holes (1.5 mm) in a circle on the upper rim, also pointing radially outward. Model is manifold, print-ready, no internal protrusions.
