Create a 3D printable top shell enclosure: OVERALL: 60mm wide × 40mm deep × 20mm tall. Wall thickness 1.8mm. Smooth matte exterior. 0.5mm fillet on all outer vertical corners. No overhangs over 45°. FDM printable without supports. FRONT FACE: - Display cutout: 38mm wide × 27mm tall, centred, 1mm recessed to seat TFT PCB. 1mm chamfer around inner edge. TOP FACE: - Microphone hole: 4mm diameter, 12mm from left, 8mm from front. - Four M2 screw boss holes (3mm OD, 2mm deep) at inner corners. LEFT SIDE: - Speaker grille: five slots, each 2mm wide × 10mm tall, evenly spaced and centred vertically. REAR FACE: - Two 4mm diameter cable pass-through holes, 10mm from each side edge, 8mm from top. BOTTOM RIM: - Four snap-fit tabs (4mm wide × 3mm tall × 1.5mm thick) protruding downward — two on front wall, two on rear, evenly spaced. - Four alignment pin holes (2mm dia × 2mm deep) at inner corners.
