Create a complete, production-ready, single-piece 3D printable chassis/body for a quadruped robot dog that uses exactly 12 SG90 micro servos (3 per leg). Servo mounting (VERY IMPORTANT – SG90 exact size 22.8 × 12 × 31 mm): - 4 coxa/hip servos mounted directly into the body (one at each shoulder). - Each coxa servo has a precise rectangular pocket with 4 × M2 screw holes (standard SG90 mounting pattern) so the servo clicks in perfectly from the inside and is screwed from below. - Servo shafts point horizontally outward (left/right) for natural leg rotation. - Clear space around each servo for the horn and easy wiring exit. Leg attachment: - Strong 25 mm diameter circular platform around each coxa servo shaft so the 3D printed femur link can attach directly to the servo horn with a standard servo horn screw. Electronics bay (top side): - Large recessed compartment 72 mm × 58 mm × 18 mm deep in the center of the back, perfectly sized for Arduino Uno + PCA9685 servo driver stacked. - 4 × M3 mounting holes for Arduino and 2 × M3 for PCA9685. - Dedicated 40 mm × 30 mm space for 5V 5A buck converter / power module. - Wide wire channels (6 mm wide) running from each of the 4 coxa servos to the central bay with rounded edges so wires slide in easily. - Ventilation slots on top and sides. Additional features: - Flat bottom for stability. - Front and rear have slight dog-like curves for aesthetics. - Small raised platform on the front (for optional head servo or camera). - Clear labeling embossed on the model: “FRONT”, “LEFT”, “RIGHT”, “Arduino”, “PCA9685”. - Total weight under 180 g when printed in PLA. - Manifold, watertight, zero non-manifold edges, ready for direct slicing in Cura/PrusaSlicer/Bambu Studio. - File format: high-resolution STL (export at 0.1 mm tolerance). Style: clean modern robotic dog chassis, slightly inspired by Boston Dynamics Spot Mini and open-source SG90 quadrupeds, but fully custom for Arduino + PCA9685 + 12×SG90 setup.
