Use oval cross sections not circular.) METHOD: 1. Model her knee as an anatomical solid (tapered shaft, patella bump front, condyle bulges on sides, popliteal hollow at back) 2. Offset solid outward exactly 4mm uniformly 3. Subtract knee solid from shell = even 4mm TPU wall everywhere ADD: - Elliptical kneecap hole on front center - Full vertical slit up the back with baseball hat snap closure flanges - 3 horizontal strap slots (10mm tall) for 1in velcro straps Output both braces side by side in one STL. Print in TPU, 20% infill, 25mm/s, 3 walls. make sure they are hollow inside for sed knee to fit in there and they are slighty bigger and make segmaents so its easy to print large
