Create a flat 3D printable bookmark, not a figurine. The model must be a thin rectangular base (about 2 mm thick) that slides inside a book. The Nessie shape must be integrated into this flat base, not a separate object. The body is a low raised bump embedded into the surface, not a full 3D creature. A long thin neck extends upward from the top edge of the flat bookmark so it sticks out of the book. No base platform, no pedestal, no standing object. The entire model must remain mostly flat.
