The design must be printable on a 3D printer and include all required mechanical features. ### ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE (MULTI-PART DESIGN) The model must include the following separate parts: 1. **Front Shell** – the main retro TV face with screen opening. 2. **Back Cover** – removable panel that attaches with screws. 3. **Internal Mounting Frame for 7-inch Raspberry Pi Touchscreen**. 4. **Raspberry Pi 3B+ Mounting Tray**, also detachable. 5. **Four screw posts inside the body**, aligned with screw holes in the back cover. 6. **Feet/Base**, either integrated or as separate printable pieces. ### SCREEN OPENING AND MOUNTING (PRECISE) - Screen visible opening: 165 mm × 100 mm. - Internal mounting holes for touchscreen PCB: • Horizontal spacing: 164 mm • Vertical spacing: 104 mm • Hole diameter: 3.2 mm - Add four accurate mounting pillars for these holes. ### RASPBERRY PI 3B+ MOUNT - Internal tray sized 90 × 60 mm. - Mounting hole pattern: 58 × 49 mm. - Tray should slide in or attach with clips or screws. ### ACCESS & CABLE MANAGEMENT - Add two hidden internal cable channels for: • HDMI cable (10 cm) • USB cable (10 cm) - Channels must not be visible from outside. - Only one external power port hole on the back (8 mm). ### SCREW SYSTEM - Include real functional screw holes. - Four screw posts inside the body. - Back cover must attach with M3 screws. - Threads not needed; cylindrical holes are OK. ### BACK COVER - Fully removable panel. - Rounded edges. - Includes ventilation slits. ### PRINTING REQUIREMENTS - All parts must be **separate mesh objects**. - Walls minimum thickness: 2.5–3 mm. - No floating geometry. - Clean manifold topology. ### STYLE - 1960s retro TV shape with rounded corners. - Two decorative knobs on front. - Small speaker grill. - Smooth printable geometry.
