vacuum shroud 3d model
Create a functional 3D-printable vacuum shroud for a Toledo 321099 Tornador using the attached photos. IMPORTANT: The original tapered horn is completely removed. The shroud REPLACES the horn and screws directly onto the exposed male thread. DO NOT clamp onto or attach to the horn. No collet, clamp, compression ring or snap-fit. Tornador thread: 12.92 mm male OD, 1.62 mm pitch, 8.28 mm length. Create a matching female thread with FDM clearance. Keep the central spinning air nozzle completely unobstructed. Create a sealed annular vacuum chamber around it so compressed air exits centrally while the Dyson vacuum draws dirt/debris through the surrounding chamber. Keep both airflow paths separate. Dyson crevice tool opening: 12.2 × 29.2 mm, rounded-rectangle/pill-shaped, NOT circular. Create a matching male connector with FDM clearance. Use ~3 mm walls. Generate an actual watertight functional CAD/mesh with real threads, internal chamber and connector geometry, not a visual-only model.
