Create a high-resolution, anatomically accurate 3D model of the upper airway of a healthy full-term neonate. Prioritize internal anatomy only; external anatomy is unnecessary. Include: oral cavity, edentulous gums, hard and soft palate, tongue, oropharynx, base of tongue, omega-shaped neonatal epiglottis, vallecula, aryepiglottic folds, laryngeal inlet, false and true vocal cords, glottis, subglottic region, cricoid, proximal trachea (4–6 rings), esophageal inlet and proximal esophagus. End with two separate openings: trachea and esophagus. Preserve correct neonatal proportions: large tongue, high anterior larynx, narrow glottis, realistic airway lumen and anatomical relationships.
