Create a high-resolution, watertight, manifold 3D STL model of a solid sterling silver ring, Mexican size 10 (inner diameter 19.84 mm), designed for DLP resin printing and lost-wax casting. PRIMARY EXTERIOR SCULPTURE (FRONTAL SKULL) The front exterior of the ring must feature a fully three-dimensional human skull sculpted in true volumetric high relief, emerging from the ring surface as a continuous solid mass. This skull must NOT be engraved, embossed, or texture-based. All anatomical details must be constructed using real geometric displacement and solid mesh modeling. The skull must include: • Full cranial dome • Deep recessed eye sockets (minimum 0.9 mm depth) • Fully hollow nasal cavity (minimum 0.8 mm) • Defined zygomatic arches • Integrated lower jaw (mandible) structurally fused to the ring band • Individually separated teeth modeled as independent solid geometry Some teeth must be: • Broken • Missing • Irregularly worn Surface aging must be modeled using actual sculpted microfractures and erosion: • Cracks must be recessed geometry (minimum 0.2 mm depth) • Bone pitting must be volumetric cavities • Damage must be asymmetrical • No use of bump maps, normal maps or texture simulation Minimum skull projection from ring surface: 1.2 mm INTERNAL SCULPTURAL SCENE (DEEP RELIEF MICRO GROUP) Inside the hollow frontal cavity behind the skull, create a fully three-dimensional sculptural composition of miniature human skeletons. This internal group must: • Exist as independent volumetric geometry • Be arranged across multiple depth layers • Be structurally connected to the cavity floor or walls • NOT be engraved or bas-relief CENTRAL FIGURE: • One upright full skeleton • Arms extended horizontally (cruciform pose) • Head tilted upward • Ribcage projected forward • Positioned at mid-depth inside the cavity • Feet connected to cavity floor SURROUNDING FIGURES: Multiple smaller skeletons must: • Be positioned below and to the sides of the central figure • Reach toward the central skeleton • Physically touch legs, pelvis or ribcage • Overlap in staggered Z-depth planes • Have heads tilted upward in devotional posture Minimum separation between skeletal bodies: 0.3 mm Minimum bone thickness: 0.35 mm Internal sculptural depth must occupy at least 70% of cavity depth Maximum internal depth: 1.5 mm RING BODY STRUCTURE • Minimum band thickness: 2.0 mm • Interior finger surface must remain smooth beyond sculpted cavity • All sculptural elements must be boolean-unified into a single solid mesh • No floating geometry • No intersecting non-fused meshes • No non-manifold edges CRITICAL MODELING REQUIREMENT All detail must be created using true geometric mesh displacement. The final model must NOT rely on: • Surface engraving • Height maps • Texture maps • Normal maps • Bump maps All cracks, teeth, bones, sockets and skeletal figures must exist as real three-dimensional mesh geometry suitable for casting. OUTPUT REQUIREMENTS Export: • STL format • Real-world scale in millimeters • Z-axis vertical orientation • Watertight printable solid • Ready for 35–50 micron DLP resin printing • Suitable for lost-wax silver casting
