Each slice should be 2.2 mm thick with precise press-fit slots for PLA. No glue, screws, magnets, or supports required. Optimize the design for a Bambu Lab P1S with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Split the model into exactly two build plates with roughly half of the slices on each plate. Lay every slice flat on the build plate for the fastest and cleanest print.
