Exact specifications for the bobbin: - Inner core diameter: 44.5 mm - Outer flange diameter: 66 mm - Width between flanges: 25 mm Design a two-sided functional holder consisting of: - Two circular side plates (disks), each exactly 1.75 mm thick, with outer diameter 82-85 mm for good strength and clearance. - A central cylindrical tube connecting the two side plates. - Inner diameter of the central tube: exactly 44.9 mm (44.5 mm + 0.4 mm clearance) so the bobbin core fits snug but can rotate or be removed easily. - Wall thickness of the central tube: exactly 1.55 mm. - The distance between the inner faces of the two side plates must be exactly 25.6 mm (25 mm + 0.6 mm clearance) for comfortable fit. - Central axle hole going through the entire holder: exactly 43 mm diameter, for mounting on a rod or shaft. - On the inside face of each side plate, add a recessed ring with diameter 66.5 mm and depth 2 mm to center and secure the bobbin flanges. - On each of the two side plates (flanges), add exactly two parallel notches/grooves. Each notch must be 6 mm wide and 3 mm deep, oriented radially toward the center of the piece.
