industrial gear assembly 3d model
Create a highly detailed, mechanically accurate industrial gear assembly composed of multiple interrelated steel gears. The primary gear is a large spur gear with realistic involute tooth geometry, 28–32 teeth, thick face width, chamfered outer edges, and a central spline bore. The teeth must have proper root fillets and manufacturing-accurate proportions. Surface should reflect CNC-machined steel with subtle micro tool marks and slight edge wear, no exaggerated damage. Include three additional gears of varying diameters that are mechanically compatible (same module and pitch system). One smaller spur gear, one wider gear with increased face width, and optionally one helical gear for structural variation. All gears must maintain correct mechanical alignment and realistic tooth engagement proportions. Edges should have slight bevels to avoid razor-sharp CGI look. Maintain realistic industrial tolerances and proportions. Clean, engineering-accurate geometry suitable for manufacturing.
