Create a large rectangular factory divided into zones from north to south. At the north end, place the Raw Material Warehouse spanning the entire width of the building, with shelves and pallets holding three days of paper and related materials. Directly south of it, create the Material Staging Area containing Kanban racks, a digital dashboard wall, a production tracking board, and a vertical scrap tube for defects. Below this staging zone, arrange four identical production cells in a horizontal row. Each cell contains a U-shaped workflow: at the top of the U, add the Cutting Department with cutting tables and paper-cutting machines; in the center, place two folding lines side by side with folding tables and workstations; at the bottom of the U, place the Assembly Department with glue stations and stem-assembly fixtures; and at the front, position the Packaging Department with tables for boxing, labeling, and final checks. Each cell has its own small digital dashboard and Kanban board.
