Create a modular 3D-printable 8-bay DAS in compact black server style, 10.25"W x 11.5"D x 7"H. A 10-lb Acer PC sits on a reinforced top; no top vents or cable holes. Front: 8 vertical removable 3.5" trays numbered 1-8, each with a removable 2.5" adapter, vented face, pull grip, guides, rear stop and captive M3 thumbscrew. Add an upper-front exhaust grille. Below, use two 120x25 mm fans pulling air upward through a baffled plenum, with guards, filters and high side vents. Rear-right: removable upright ATX PSU cradle up to 6.7", with socket, switch and exhaust exposed on the right. Rear-left: one shared split plate for two SFF-8644-to-4x-SATA cables, with TPU-lined channels, four M3 screws, blank plate, Velcro saddle and SATA comb. No backplane; use direct SATA in a rear service area. Split parts for a Bambu Lab A1 Mini 180 mm volume. Use PETG, ribs, M3 screws and heat-set inserts. Output separate functional parts, not one fused mesh.
