Create a modular 3D printable countertop dish drying rack system designed for FDM 3D printer with maximum 25 cm build volume. The design must be split into TWO main interlocking body sections (left and right) so each part fits within 25 cm length. The system should include: – Bottom drip tray base – Upper plate holding grid – Side support panels – Removable cutlery holder – Removable cup holding rail The two main body sections must connect using: – Sliding dovetail joints OR – Interlocking tongue-and-groove rail system – Optional bolt holes (M4 screw compatible) for reinforced locking Design Requirements: – Fully parametric mechanical design – Wall thickness: 4-5 mm – Reinforced ribs under base tray – Slight slope (2-3 degrees) on drip tray for water drainage – Snap-fit detachable cutlery box – Removable cup rail with slot-in locking system – Plate holders evenly spaced (12–15 mm gap) – Structural cross beams for rigidity Printing Optimization: – Designed for PLA or PETG – No excessive supports required
